We’re thrilled to announce that Chad Neiderman has been promoted to Vice President of TheCoTeam.
Chad joined TheCoTeam just over a year ago as Director of Talent Acquisition and quickly became a core part of how we work. He partners with our reps, guides clients through hiring, and makes sure the right people land in the right seats.
With more than 20 years in the industry, Chad has seen it from every angle. He started at an integrator, then spent over a decade on the distribution and manufacturer’s rep side, serving as a Founder, President, Partner, and VP along the way. He’s sat in the same chairs as our clients and candidates, and it shows in every hire he makes.
