Our Core Values
O.W.L.I.E.
-
Ownership
We are accountable in all directions to all parties. We don’t let each other down. We claim mistakes without ego, learn from them, and grow from them
-
Wise
We are knowledgeable and inquisitive, providing sage counsel and guidance. We ask questions, naturally inquisitive, and curious. No assumptions.
-
Leadership
We coach and provide guidance to help others grow. Their success is our success. We follow Kaizen, “continuous improvement” to sharpen our axe.
-
Intentional
We are purposeful and organized when approaching all things. Success is not an accident and results from a well-crafted plan
-
Execution
We produce, we change, we grow. Don’t tell me; Show me. “Vision without execution is hallucination” (Thomas Edison)

Chris and his fiancé moved in together on Valentine’s Day (Feb 14, 2020). Within six weeks COVID hit New York and it was time to escape. On March 28th they loaded the car, dog in the backseat, and drove 2,000 miles in two days to Aspen.
After working remotely for two months, they rented a 20-foot camper van and embarked on a 28-day, 6,500-mile road trip that went through the Rockies, up the Pacific Coast, over to Montana, and finally, the Dakotas. After a week of non-van-life-recovery in Aspen they returned to New York City. That journey, truly working remotely, and that freedom are the sparks that began TheCoTeam.
